The food served at The Fox & Hounds Inn places great emphasis on good, wholesome dishes and decent portions, using fresh vegetables and salads. There are traditional pub favourites such as steak and kidney pie, chicken curry and lasagne, as well as a full range of steaks and gammon cut by our local village butcher.

 

All our food is homemade and is served in the Bar or in the Dining Room where residents automatically have a table reserved for them each evening.  Please be aware that we only allow dogs in our Bar area.

 

In addition we serve homemade pizzas until 11.00 pm each night and these can be eaten on the premises or are available as a takeaway. We have a great choice and we also serve garlic bread. These are hot and tasty and very popular with the locals!

 

Our lunchtime menu includes treats such as the Builders Brunch, Ploughman's Lunch and Fish Finger sandwich 

as well as the more usual soup and sandwich. 

 

We try to provide for just about anything you might fancy and have put a lot of thought into the menus as well as keeping the prices at a reasonable level to suit all pockets.
